the bed was fantastic, room was great!! Restaurant for dinner was great!!
Breakfast the next day was expensive. I did not know the gratuity was automatically charged and there is a $2.00 delivery service. Eggs, bacon, toast and coffee - $60

The room was newly decorated, new-fashioned and with a view. We thoroughly enjoyed wake-up service available. The location was magnificent and premier, for example, a six-story museum was at walking distance from the hotel.

The Hotel has the best location in the city. We took a room with the view to the lake and it is amazing!! Everything was pretty clean and confortable.
I bought a few item at amazon and got a delivered confirmation but one package was missing and another one were damaged (they said that it got there soaked and they had to open and put it in another box).

What they don't tell you
While the views of the river are amazing and the location is ideal for nearby attractions, cleanliness and maintenance issues shadow the experience. Friendly staff try their best, yet can't fully compensate for the worn-down state of the facilities. Much potential, if only a little more attention were given.

I was very impressed by how the staff treated us. From the time we entered the hotel they were extremely accommodating I was especially impressed with Emily who I causally mentioned it was an anniversary celebration and I came to my room to find champagne and chocolates. Very very nice I will most definitely stay here again!!!
Room was on the pricey end at 375.00 for the night.

The location is fantastic, especially for catching a Pirates game and enjoying the riverfront view. The spacious room was perfect for our family of five, and we had a blast exploring nearby attractions together.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available in the area.

Just a top selection for a weekend outing in Pittsburgh with decent value for money. We enjoyed a very nice brunch one morning, a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend checking the room amenities to ensure everything's in working order.
